My Lessons Learned
Taking a pet to a veterinarian that does not specialize
in you pet can have deadly consequences. Many veterinarians
don't specialize in exotic pets ( reptiles, birds, ferrets,
and yes even rabbits are considered exotic), and I've had a
few unpleasant experiences with them prescribing cat and dog
pet meds for rabbits, which is not a good Idea. So please,
If you don't have a cat or a dog, please do your research
and find a veterinarian that specializes in your pet, and
make sure you get the pet meds that are right for your pet.
